Before recognizing the air craft I recognized the two standing guys!

    Hi Carlo, Great!

If you know the guys, have a Mythos with them (and continue)

Haven't you made that just a little too easy, Carlo, or am I missing something?

    Hi pomme homme

Googling around for "twin boom" + "single engine turboprop" yielded a photo of the Adam A500 about 50 images in.

You have to do it right.

Googling 'A700 Adamjet', as appears in Carlo's image, takes one immediately to a wikipedia page which, in its second line, identifies the jet's twin piston engined sibling as the Adam A500! Hence my question.

The Aircraft is indeed a Adam A500...now I'm a little puzzled as to who is the winner....Moses or Pomme homme? Maybe Moses because he was the first to mention the correct name...
    Cheers

I agree, Carlo. Kevin identified it as the A500.

I pretended I didn't see the A700 bit in the background and searched for it as an unknown, hence the googling broad terms...BOOM!

Here is a new one to consider-

I think that is the Lasco Lascoter (VH-UKT) from Australia

I think it is a Lasco Lascoter of Larkin - 1929 - Australia. What a splendid pic!
    Cheers

It is an Aussie runabout. Well done to both of you, but Uli nipped in just ahead of Carlo.

Here is a unique twin-boom pusher.

It looks like an Anderson-Greenwood AG-14 with a ducted fan (maybe the one used by the Mississippi State University for ducted fan tests?).

  16. #16616
Yes it is the Anderson Greenwood with the shrouded prop for increased thrust!

I'm having something of a nightmare with my PC at present so I think that it's better than I just declare OH !

  18. #16618
As my PC seems - for the time being - to be behaving itself, I trust that you'll forgive me for jumping back in.

Whilst apologising for the poor image quality, here's something that might be described as being before its time.

This was a microlight before the term was coined. Although it started life on one side of the world, it wasn't completed until it reached the other.

    Hi pomme homme
The Gordon Bedson Resurgam from Australia?

  21. #16621
That's the one, Walter. Started life in the UK. Met with government indifference (what's new?). Relocated with its owner to Bundarra, NSW, in the land of Oz. Finished and flew there. All in the late forties. Over to you, sir.

    Thank you PH
Did not know the UK connection, thank you for the info!
New challenge is a high wing job, I know of only one other picture, but using that would give it away, I think.

    Hi Chris
Yes and yes. Btw, the best "other""picture I have seen so far.
The vertical tail was made taller prior the first flight (compare on photos)

    Your turn, sir

  25. #16625
I've been gone for awhile as my computer died and took all my saved up future pictures with it. This one should be fairly easy.
