Let's see if you guys know this one:
Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.

This one featured in the very first Jane's I ever had, given to me by my Dad for Christmas of 19** ! (It cost him a cool 4 guineas - about a week's wage)

I have actually posted it in a very early thread, so I'll leave it for now.

A heave of the mug to Lefty's Dad.

    Indonesia's finest. Nurtanio Nu-200.

Edit: Going to be away until late in the day tomorrow possibly so I will press on with the next one. Hope you all don't mind another biplane of size...

Well judging by all the extras from South Pacific lounging around, this might just be American............

  6. #1131
Found it. It is a Timm Skylark.

  7. #1132
    That's it.

    Do your worst-

  8. #1133
Not a nasty one at all - should be a quick turnaround.

  9. #1134
    A Blackburn TB from Lefty.

    Hehe.

A Blackburn it is - TB or not TB, that is the question.. (only kidding.)

    Over to you, sailor.

  11. #1136
Here is one that was ahead of the curve at the time...

  12. #1137
Well I'm off curling again (five days consecutive - hope the old body stands up to it).
Better nab this one - a de Bruyère Canard from way back in 1917. It didn't make it very far off the ground. Now there's a surprise.

A nice easy one to get the ball rolling again. The Sagebrush Savant will be alive and kicking, so you'd better be in quick or another beer will be headin' down ol' Frisco way......(and he's the leading authority on pushers too)

  13. #1138
    PZL M17, methink.

How's your purchase going, Lefty ?

  14. #1139
Lefty scored big on the Bruyere C1.

& Co swoops in for the kill on the PZL. Nice one.

  15. #1140
Thanks, Kevin. Let's keep the ball rollin' then

Hey, a pusher for ya !

  16. #1141
Hmmm, not too good on these homebuilds - looks French ?? Not much of a clue here.

    It's German; the HB-Flugtechnik HB-23.

Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.

Over to Ferry for the Brditschka HB-23 - the name in itself is a poem !

  19. #1144
Well, you live and learn! (Actually, Ferry, it isn't German, it's Austrian)

    No one..?

It's a Dutch Lambach HL.1; on to this very ugly aircraft:
Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.

  22. #1147
What's the date on the Lambach, Ferry ?

  23. #1148
Never seen that one before. Thinking it might be one of those obscure Ruskies?

The ugly one's beat me too, Ferry, although I don't think it is Russian.
