Guess we need a clue BG. No idea what this is.
In the late twenties/early thirties any german city of some significance had a branch of such an academic organization....

Since this seems to be more difficult than I thought and I do not mean to block the forum any longer let me reveal the identity:
Akaflieg Aachen S9 . Unfortunately I couldn't gather any more data except her name.

That is a new one to me BG. Interesting.
Let's go open board-
Intel i9-13900 Raptor Lake , Be Quiet! Dark rock slim cooler, 32 Gb Corsair DDR5 RAM, MSI Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, Asus RTX 4060Ti 16Gb, Thermaltake 1050 Watt PSU, Windows 11 64-bit 1 m2, 4 SSD, 2 HDD.
Hello everybody!
Somebody said that this ugly pic is the only available one of that particular Aircraft:

PS I mean the one in the background
Dang BG, you are on a roll. The front has a Nardi look to it but that gull wing? The fin flash is confusing too.
Looks a little like one of those Janczo-Szegedy designs from Hungary.
Hi Moses!
I don't want you to rack your brains any longer therefore I'm going to reveal our mystery Aircraft:
Bulgarian D.A.R. 7 S.S.1 (samolet za svruzka) "KOLETKA" only one built in 1935 (C/N 46) driven by a D.H. Gipsy Major (130HP)...
That's all boys and girls now let's wait for the next mysterious item!
Cheers
BG
Hi BG,
I guess the photo must be a mirror image if its got a Gipsy Major - the air intake is on the wrong side & the rotation of the prop seems wrong too!

Too bad Lefty is away on holiday. I know he has a DAR volume in his collection.
Gone quiet in here. How about an easy one to get rolling again?
You got it BG.
No word on the stout frontier woman.
Thanks Moses
let's stay with US airliners: what about the following hazy pic?
Cheers
BG
Hi Moses!
