S.F.C.A. Lignel 20 ? or is it the 20S ?
Ha, that was quick In fact I don't really know, I came accross an old interesting magazine where SFCA advertise the plane on the photo as a Lignel 10 ! the trainer but I got a set of 3D views from the same magazine that clearly shows the cockpit design of the same plane as a 20...
If someone got more infos on them...
:ernae:
Thank you ! I guess it's the same acf that did serve differents marketing purposes
Sorry chaps -been preoccupied and forgot I had to post - OH please.....
Watching the curling? Must be very late for you.
Dave
Actually I was hooked on the Masters, watching a wee tragedy unfold......
Here's something ugly..:
Attachment 34933

Yup, not a pretty ship.
Normally I watch the Masters but for some reason was not interested this year. Too bad Mr. Macllroy did his best impression of Jean Van De Velde. Just not all on the same hole!
Anyone got an actual name...?

Okay, this is the Isotta-Fraschini powered Caproni Ca.135.
Anyone up for another twin? (Of sorts).
Ahhhh, the Master of Grain returns........
This lad obviously hadn't been to the Ferry School of Aviation Photography. :mixedsmi:
Not a 1M Hurricane, but you are getting very warm...
Speculation only, some development of the Junkers Ju 49 high altitude research aircraft to test the effiicency of 2 shaft driven propellers vs one large propeller in the thinner air encountered at extreme altitude.
Not a Ju 49, but was a one-off variant of another common model.
Seen a reference to a W.33 with this rig, but this is the first photo I've set eyes on....
Mike- It is a W.33. Not sure why the experiment. Maybe something high alt like Dave suggested?
I like the thick woodgrain props anyways!
