Well spotted - the patch works well.
I did a turn in this patched bird this evening, and while it's probably my imagination, she does seem even better than before: smoother framerate, cockpit sounds that are flawless (no static on some like before), and on approach, a nice, even descent to the threshold. This P-47 is a dream to fly...I'll never know what the real one feels like, but this has to be the next best thing short of climbing into a real warbird. The feeling of both power and mass is unlike any other FSX aircraft I've tried, and I do love my CH FW-190, RealAir Spitfire, RealAir SF260, Flight1 Mustang, and so on for too long a list.
This patch is a real plus in my book so far, but more air time is needed, of course.
Just bumping this to keep it on the front page.
Thanks Rudi. :ernae:
Caz
excellent!
Now all we need is a bubbletop patch
