<--- stomach gets that woozy feeling..

    :isadizzy:

Did he use the hammer, the Vice-Grip pliers, or the old twine-to-the-door-knob-trick....?

Hope he didn't use the method my dentist used in my younger days ... back before novacaine became widely accepted ...

His assistant threw herself on top of you and held you down while he yanked!!

(course I was only 6 or 7 then)

there was a whole lot of pryin' and pullin' involved, but oddly enough, i am only now beginning to feel any pain hours later. one thing for sure, i'm not usually one to make such a comment, but i have never seen such a beautiful dentist in my whole life.

Navy dentistry. You know it's good when the dentist has both hands around the pliers and one foot next to your head. Had my wisdom teeth pulled that way. :d

Cheezy, thanks for sharing that experience with us. Looks like a screenshot from an episode of "CSI". Yes, the attached tissue was a nice touch.

Hey Moe, you DID know he would do it , didn`t you?
    :costumes:

    What a horror!

I lost my wisdom teeth (translation?) when I was in the army.
I had to choose, if I would prefer 2x2 or all at once.

I choosed 2x2, 2 at one side per week.
The first part was OK, but after the second part, it did not heal

I went to the military hospital and they found a huge abscess outside my left lower jawbone!

When they cleaned it, the nusre said, now that will going to hurt and hung a tube of the suction device in my mouth - what did not hurt at all.

But it was just the calm before the storm - because of the infection, no drug would be transported there by the blood and so it did not "feel" numb.

They hold me with two nurses on that chair and after the session, I had to stay one week in hospital!

I still have the teeth somewhere, but will not post them.
I hope not to challenge everyone to show their ugly teeth, lol.

All the best to your recovery!

Jaxon, love the avatar. I haven't seen Jax beer in years. Best as I remember, they had a brewery in New Orleans way back when.

We know now not to dare ask Cheesyflier to show certain things, lolol..

I remember with my infected tooth, in bad pain on a Sunday night.. I was drinking red wine through a straw, and in large amounts, I should add. Didnt take the pain away though. Learned my lesson on that.

I feel your pain, I had all mine done at once on a friday, ended up getting Dry Socket and a huge Infection in the Lower right, looked like i had Elephantitis of the cheek !! Ohh - I had to put a bag on my head for a few days, and remind everyone that I was a human and not an animal.

Hopefully your all done, unless that is miracle squid, then they may grow back !! :costumes:
