    CS 757...how is it?

I have been thiunking of picking up the FS9 version of the CS 757. Right now it is on sale for about $13.00 for the pro pack.

    Is it worth it?

    Thoughts/opinions on the package?

Depends on what you are looking for.
Not sure what's in the 'Pro Pack' but CS have a number of additional packages that you pay for to bring it up to a comprehensive install.
All the usual CS bells and whistles, so it's not bad, I found it to be a bit of an FPS hog on my older rig.

you can get a lot of user reviews of it from AVSIM (just search for it). I don't have this plane, but for 13$, that's pretty good. Beware that CS has a bad reputation for customer support. Make backups of your files and registeration keys. I personally haven't had a problem w/ their stuff yet *crossing fingers*

From what i've read, it's a very nice eye-candy, but apparently there are some minor system bugs? But then again, i'm not a hardcore FMC/Heavy guy....so for $13, it's worth it just for the model. I'll head over to CS now Thanks for the HU.

    I love CS's sales. I picked up their C-130 a while back for 9$ i think...what a bargin.

Just flew Mexico City - DFW with it yesterday, and it's great to me. As others mentioned, make backups of everything.

CS seem to have done away with their "block" system, and the Pro-pack contains most of the blocks, except for the extra model packages (757-200F, 757-300).

I bought mine during one of their other sales, but $13, that's quite a deal!

If you're not interested in FMC and such complication, get the base pack and simply add FS9 GPS and an autopilot and away you go! Superb model and flies nicely too.

*EDIT* Got it worked out. Installing now.

    Thanks for comments, all!

Agreed, mine showed the GPS already I think.
Biggest mistake I made was to get the "Pro Pack".
It turned a superbly modelled "get in and go" airliner into a wannabe PMDG model.
If I wanted all that stuff I'd be demanding pay from an airline.
