Select locked spot view you desire


Go to VIEWS/NEW VIEW/VIRTUAL COCKPIT


You can resize and move this new "window", superimposed on the spot view. Not too useful though.


You can close it by right clicking and chooshing CLOSE.

You can do the reverse as well, superimposing an external window on the VC. You have to click in an individual view to operate within it.


You could also try it in some external camera view which might be better
