One of my favorite "Dinky toys"

Been thinking of having a crack at the P80 for a long time now.
Its a bag of modeling pitfalls but its such a beautiful old aeroplane!
    Long way to go!

excellent idea, and simskunkworks are working on a T-33 as well!
You can find most of my repaints for FSX/P3D in the library here on the outhouse.
For MFS paints go to flightsim.to

Awesome choice Rob. This sim could definitely benefit from a P-80. It's looking good.

We used to have a Lockheed T-33A here on field owned by the late Captain George Lancaster who later sold the T-33A for his A-26 Invader. I helped maintain the T-33A for a while, learned lots about the airframe. Hated to see her go when he sold it.

Ooh, anxious to see this one, Rob! Love that your awesome planes cover the 40's-60's era so well. So many great designs in those days.

Really looking forward to this one, Rob. I still remember the old Lindberg kit from back in the '50s. Was one of the first plastic models I built as a young teenager.

Yeah, tell me about it, Don. Twas mine too. We were happy little boys then, weren't we. Imagine no telephones, no 'social media', just the Lindberg Line, Revell and Monogram (later) from the shop of dreams round the corner.
