Tom made his paintkit available at the A2A/Shockwave site however the links don't longer work.

I don't have Tom's paintkit, but I do have the paintkit by Martin "ICDP" Catney. I really can't remember where I got it from but it seems complete to me. When you are interested, I will send you a link.
