    RAF Scampton FS9

    Nest up--

    RAF Scampton for FS9, 25/07/23

This is the second of my Bomber command airfields, This version of Scampton is from May 1943, at the time of that most
famous raid, operation Chastise, or as we know, the Dambusters raid. It was a grass runway airfield at the time, Scampton
didnt get concrete runways untill the summer of 43. Although only a few miles north of Waddington, Scampton was a 1 group airfield.
you should have Waddo installed for Lincoln catherdral to appear just south of the airfield

Most of the objects, you should already have by now, but just in case---
    RAF Manston 44 FS9.zip
    Ted Andrews RAF building library.zip.
and im using some of Shessi's RAF figure's also

Ive also included a zip of custom objects, which i use for this and further airfields, just unzip RAF-EX-OBS, found in the
Scampton zip, and place bgl's into your Addon scenery/scenery folder, and the texture's into Addon scenery/texture, if you have
my Waddington installed, you shouldnt need to use these

Alternative ground poly for GW user's is included.

Traffic file included, but im using the old Dave Garwood FS2002 Pro Dambusters Avro Lancaster B.III, which you can find at
Flightsim. Search "FS2002 Pro Dambusters Avro Lancaster B.III" It looks good but dosent behave well as Ai, it'll taxi but i cant get it
to take off, so the traffic file is staic only, with no movement.
If you prefer, there's an alternative traffic file for the John Young Lanc, It flys great but is a standard B111, and not really appropriat
    for the scenery.
