    P-40N Lulu Belle - 89th FS - CBI - 1944

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FS 2020 - Military repaints - WWII

Description: This repaint is for the Flight Replicas payware P-40N Warhawk - Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.

    This livery depicts Lieutenant P. R. Adair's P-40N sn 42105128 #44 Lulu Belle.
The aircraft is part of the 89th FS - 80th FG "Burma Banshees" - 10th AF based in Nagaghuti, India in early 1944.
Lt Philip R. Adair flew several P-40s during his tour of operations with the Burma Banshees.
Among these, two P-40N carried the n°44 and the nickname Lulu Belle.
The 1st (sn 42104590) was part of the 1st batch of P-40Ns built and still had the old canopy model.
The 2nd, which is the subject of this repaint, came from the 2nd phase of construction which was distinguished by a wide canopy with straight lines.
