I've been expecting you, Little Nellie

Now you can give life to your inner James Bond.

Dave Garwood has published a version of the WA-116 autogyro in her "Little Nellie" garb from You Only Live Twice.

    Over at flightsim.to.... https://flightsim.to/file/55491/wall...-little-nellie.

Seems to work fine for me....

Damn - missing Sean Connery inside that... Great addon btw.
    Best regards, Manfred.

OK, I guess (never having flown an autogyro). Apparently Dave based the flight model on the Piper Cub (given no support for autogyros in MSFS) .

I feel it should land a little slower / steeper maybe but all in all I quite like it.

I doubt the flight model is very realistic, it's more intended to be fun. If anybody can improve the flight model, they are more than welcome! I've seen some reports of it crashing on loading, which I'm looking into and will patch as soon as I can. I'll probably add an unarmed civilian version as well at some point.

And just which beach would that be? The "scenery" looks interesting!

    It's certainly fun.

I've not had any loading crashes but I have managed to generate a "you have damaged your landing gear" message taxying between grass and tarmac, so that may be related????

A civvie version would be excellent!

Many thanks for all your work.

I too have had the crash on loading issue. Haven't been able to load a flight yet.

El Nido Philippines scenery from Cli4d on Facebook. Some of that "scenery" is pretty high maintenance.
