    Siata - Since I've never heard of them, it appears that (after a quick GOOGLE search), they were founded by Italian aircraft manufacturer Ambrosini...

    I'm thinking '50 something 'Show Car' on a GM chassis, maybe Caddy but possibly Oldsmobile, body by Frua or Bertone ....... IIRC there was a theme at Pebble Beach built around these cars a few years ago.
    Not a definitive answer, just me 'thinking out loud'.
