May I kindly request repaint of American Airlines Astrojet cargo livery for Captain Sims 707-300C for use of FSX as seen on this article hyperlinks, please?? I do not know if it comes with or without passenger windows.

Thank you for any consideration any of you might have for this request.

That is a combi version (pax with cargo door). Do you have the CS 707 for FSX? Do you fly it - i.e., does it work?

Yes and marvelous!!!!!! It works well. NO complaints from me except not enough liveries for this finest product!!

Should be relatively easy to get these textures to work with the FSX version:

I have no idea which is correct. The cargo news website shows the cargo plane with passenger windows BUT the HJG website which is supposed to emphasize accurate history realism shows the same plane without passenger windows. You can see from my previously enclosed hyperlinks hence me saying I have no idea if it should come with OR without passenger windows.

    Bookman,

Thanks for link but that is PASSENGER livery. I am seeking CARGO livery with CARGO wordings. Look at the words of the American Airline Astrojet cargo livery plus it needs side cargo door too.

Found proof of passenger windows for cargo plane and the wording should be American Airlines AirFreighter

I likely can do it, but the cargo door won't work unless you have the 300C expansion pack; do you have that?

Oppssss my bad I forgot to mention I have -300C expansion pack,. My apologies to all of you for forgetting to mention that.

This repaint is for -300C expansion pack for use of FSX as Mike71 correctly points out.

    Mike71,

Yes, -300C works marvelous for my FSX if that is what you are asking me for review and opinion. The cargo loading stuff is amazing.

When you said "likely can do it", do you mean you can fly CS707 or do you mean you can paint the requested livery?

    Regards,

    Aharon

I will give it a try - it will take a couple of weeks, I estimate right now. The CS 707 paint kit is not well suited for a freighter, but I have cut in the proper cargo door on previous repaints. I also have to work on developing the proper font and style for the fuselage script "AMERICAN AIRLINES AIRFREIGHT".

    Mike,

Thanks for your very kind offer to paint. Much appreciated. I did not know you have Captain Sims 707 products. Please take time. Once again, thanks for agreeing to paint the livery.

    B707-20C repaint request --

    Just about finished.

AA B707-320C: built originally as a combi, these planes gradually morphed into all cargo service. At this particular point in time most windows had been plugged over and the tail logo was reduced in size.

Fuselage script had changed over time, at one point saying only AMERICAN AIRLINES FREIGHT to AMERICAN AIRLINES AIRFREIGHT. There were several subtle differences between this paint scheme and that used on the passenger versions.

The CS paint kit is rather limited, only the fuselage layered files are provided, so making a "shiny" version would be real tough.

Anyway, here are the results. Now I have to remember how to upload the package - any help would be appreciated.
