Icon5 I struck GOLD! - Beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder?

Have been perusing my CFS2 data collection (36.5 GB) recently.

Found some US a/c data .pdf's that may be of GREAT interest to some ... or many?

All are original declassified US Gov. docs & Manufacturers manuals.

REALLY COOL REFERENCE MATERIAL for creators & ALL aircraft junkies!!

... specs on what "model or variant" are you looking for?

All included PLUS MANY specific systems diagrams (fuel, oil, hydraulics, wiring) and panel diagrams for stock & variants.

    Here's what I found:

I don't know if there is a place in the SOH Library for this?
Maybe there could or should be? ... not my call ... I didn't actually look either..

    Alternately

I could make it available to those whom "request" it.
    - PLEASE "hold yer horses" until the "Mighty" & "All Powerful" Admin. speaks!

WAY too big to email; but I can send it to up to 100 people at a time using a FREE on-line app. that is a "single use" deal.

    Called "Wormhole"

    - nothing to d/l or install.
    - NOT "Drop box", no account needed.

I send an email containing the web addy + d/l code to each person.
You have 24hrs. only. Then it's gone, expired, dun!

Carries up to 10 GB per load.
Been sending stuff to Shadow Wolf for ages with no issues at all.

    Dunno what's best?

    ADMIN ... Please advise!

Having them would be nice as now most are behind paywalls.

    Dirtman,

There is a CFS2 Utilities Add-ons section in the SOH library, which contains several utilities, guides, manuals and other useful things. Although I realise the title of this sections not fully covers the contents, I think it is the most suitable place to upload this package.

    Kind regards,
    Huub

    Icon9 Oh Crap!

Many Thanks for the Library info Huub.
I figger'd there was a place for this .. and you'd know better than I.

    Hindsight is 20/20 eh?

Guess I couldn't have picked a worse time to try and upload this! (CRS?)
    - Sorry All

I just got an email from Rami....

Our esteemed "Guardian of the Files" is currently: "in the hangar for overhaul".

His Crew Chief (Dr.) says the "upgrades are being installed" and he'll be back on the "flight-line" shortly.

    - his oil has been changed along with new tires & prop!

    Covert Intel suggests additional reasons:
    - his oil pump wasn't pumping well,
    - his spark plugs weren't "sparking" enough,
    - and his pistons weren't ... ahhh ... errr.... working properly!!!

    Dirtman,

Thanks! I have just started to build an AW P-40E aircraft. These two P-40 pilot manuals will be quite useful.

Thanks for these Dirtman Great to have period- appropriate notes rather than more modern (often 2nd or 3rd hand) "opinions"...
