MY DXTbmp by Martin Wight is not operating properly after a Windows10 update. How can I reinstall it? Can anyone help?

Not that I am fully conversant with the use of program, I have it on windows 10 in the Program files (x86) directory and it seems to be working fine (Ive only had to change the skins on a few aircraft )
