Can't seem to get them to fire, everything seems to be in the right place folder wise. Have no issues with other SJ models. Anyone else got this going on?

How do you know that they are not firing? Assuming all the associated guns, weapons, effects, and sounds are installed, have you fired at the ground / water from low altitude to see if you get any impacts?

No gun/cannon sound or muzzle flash!
I just checked mine, and they do have all those effects active when I pull the trigger. Could it be that your trigger is set for MGs and not Cannons?
If that's not it, then I would go through the install again starting with the Effects file entries that are tied into the associated Weapons/Guns.
