This poll have been done before a million times. Its fun but reduned. In other word it will never tell us which Combat flight Simulator is the best since it will always be up what you want out a Combat flight Simulator. I was some what surprise that IL46 and EAW where not included.

    Do enjoy it dow!

Ummm...it does read: Your Favorite All Time Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Guess that was all the pollsters wanted to discuss.

    My own personal favourite.

My own personal favourite is Kid Pilot. What fun I have tootling around in my pretend P-40, going from city to city and ....... Oh God, I lost it there for a moment, of course it's CFS2. Where else do you get such a hugely diverse experience AND get to shoot things down??

    Cheers,

Ha, ha! It crashed right alongside my old Lockheed Constellation that I used to fly around the house held high in my hand on all my flights of fancy. I even had a runway taped out on the linoleum floor of the kitchen.

Sometimes it seems like even CFS 2 is a poor substitute for such youthful fun.

    You are so right!LoL

Hey! I use to have over forty WW2 AC models representy most fighters of that Era. I had more fun with them pretending they where real then I ever had with any Sim.

Thats the reason I like this Hobby so much.

For me still CFS2 as long no better combat flight sim with the whole world and a good mission builder is available, I like to see CFS2004 or CFSX.

Like I said before this has been done before. But got in the mood to find out what other people think.

I often watch the number of downloads for a new aeroplane and quite often CFS 2 planes, ships and scenery will have many more downloads than the other sims. Not always, but often enough to prove that CFS 2 is still very much alive and well.

I think that TR's recent B-25s will demonstrate the popularity of the almost 9 year old sim.

In my opinion this is one of the great Sim!

Once you learn how to upgrade it and you like to fly in every theater in WW2 you will probably will become addicted to this Sim. Now if never learn how to upgrade it and are a ETO only flyer than this Sim will not appeal to you very much. Thats the main reason those who fly CFS3 will never understand nor will like CFS2.

CFS3 is mostly a ETO Sim.

CFS3 is a fine Sim in my opinion but limited in diversity.

    Hmmm

My favorite has to be FS11. The dudes in the FSX forum will be talking about it for years and it will have never even existed!!
    :faint:

My next favorite would be IL-2 and its offshoots. Nothing I like better than a sim that you can't mod . . . .

Third would be CFS3. I like the distorted look of the aircraft and that you have to learn GMax to make an aircraft after spending a couple years figuring out FSDS.

    Okay, just joking. :caked:

I bet all the FS2004 guys have voted twice..........
