    Signal light back up!

I finally got my USN signal light back up. Had to remove the original lamp and socket, as it was shipboard power type equipment. Installed 110/120 socket with a green light emitting bulb. Looks great at night!

You would need the right type of bulb for it to be a bug zapper!

Well...Maybe the lightening bugs and the signal light would have fun flashing back and forth.

Not a "bug zapper" type bulb (which wouldn't work anyway because the lamp is sealed), but does look cool!

Plus, I have my fountain running again....

Here is a picture of the original fountain, which was near a department store in downtown Indianapolis in the 1930s that my father worked at.
