    FSL Spotlights

I tried this program some time ago when using FSX but never really used it. Discovered that is now free to the sim community and it has a P3DV5 version that works fine. They are working on an in sim GUI but the capacity to add and rework VC lighting does live up to its promise. For some of the older conversions into V5 this is transformative and gets around a lot of sticky issues with lighting and effects very well.

It self installs as an xml addon and I have had no problems with it. Lets you be as creative as you wish!

Anyway a sample of the KBT Electra Cockpit redone with panel storm lighting etc. Pretty impressive outcome!

They work and you can have a number of variations.
I like subtle lighting, even in daylight it makes a difference, and for night flying they need to set low enough to not glare.
