An airbase shows up in one install mb but not in another

I have several installs which are iterations of ETO
An airbase shows up jn the mb from ETO normal but not in another 2
All have the same gsl and qclocations entries
In one install mb, British factories etc are not showing up today although they did earlier today. In another install with the same gsl, they do show up.
I have rebooted the PC as a formality but no change.

I never am happy when people say they have solved a problem but don't say how!

In this case my problem was that the airbase facility file had some entries in it referring to items which were available in the stock ETO, but not in my revised install(s). So if one has this issue,one of the first things to check is the facility file contents! ( Of course spelling of the facility file and gsl entry must match!)
