    Supermarine Type 224 vs Blohm&Voss Bv137

    Hallo friends,
when I saw the Supermarine Type 224 it makes me instantly think at the
    Blohm & Voss Bv137.
The Bird is today completly forgotten,
there was prototypes with in line watercooled engines and radial engines.
Would it not be interesting for somme one to do one?

    Supermarine Type 224 vs Blohm&Voss Bv137

    Hallo friends,
would it not be an idea for Shessi and Chris Lampard or for you?
For the cockpit I believe to have a picture to make some thing
    with

Ha ha, no way, two of the worst looking ac ever made.

And the 224 has been done for Fs9 already.

Many more good looking fish in the sea (or birds in the air!), to make.

    Cheers

I leave it up to the designers to surprise me with their choices. And even when I was allowed to make a wish list this aircraft would most probably not make it.

    in france we say:
likings and colors do not are to be discused (les gouts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas)
I was just courious about this plane as really from far it looks a bit like the 244.
and one of the few prototypes had an rolls royce engine
Ok let us leave in history as it seems that it was not a good ac

Perhaps it was just the design Papi, as I understand the Supermarine 224, wasn't a great plane as well.

A Henschel Hs123 would be a more interesting choice. A biplane which remained in frontline duties until 1944. Imagine the pain possibilities!

    Hi Huub,
oh a nice well done Henschel Hs 123 would be certainly more welcome,
and I' m sure to have some stuff to make some nice cockpit, LOL.
Would be interesting to see if it might be possible to make the sound effect
specific to the Hs 123 when the engine "over turned" (der Motor überdreht)
to sound as like machine gun fire

This one works, ( top of page) you'll need to add relevant ui section
To the aircraft.cfg, by Sakichi Systems

    Bv 141 vs Hs 123

    Hi Friends,
for me I would prefer to see next the
    Henschel Hs 123,
    the reason is really personal:
I could easier make a nice panel for the Hs 123
    than for the Bv 141
Sadly until now what I saw of 2D panels for this bird - - -
and I did not yet find good stuff to make a panel out of

Thanks Pete, I wasn't aware of this one. In the past I did purchase the pay ware one by NCGent, which was a bit disappointing.

BTW don't you all love the way how this thread went from one aircraft to another and other again in just a few posts

    Cheers,
    Huub
