whats the best bet to buy and use this ? steam ? or directly from the MS page ? i also saw refrence to a disc version,is that a real thing and if so do yoou still need a internet conection to fly,or can you fly offline ? my mbps can be very low at times

I have the disk version , so yeah its real .
Bur you still need a connection to fly to enjoy all the scenery.
