    Martin 167 Maryland for Fs9....

    Hi Folks,
After doing the Baltimore, I realised there was no Martin 167 Maryland for Fs9. Bruno Escaravage had done an excellent one for CFS2, but it had no crew or animated VC etc. So, put that right,
with a full crew, a bomb bay with bomb load, animated and more detailed VC, full lighting, and re-did the three texs to look better in FS9.

Nearly there, a few bits to tweak etc, then upload.

    Cheers

Great news, i downloaded Brunos model a few week back and wonder'd if anyone could improve it. well looking forward to this

PS,Thanks for your kind offer for the Amiot's, but i think i'll sit on that for a while, Beside's may need your help with something else, which, funnily enough, is Maryland related

Thanks Shessi! Bruno has given us some very nice models. I still think his Spitfire Mk.V has one of the very best external models for any Spitfire.

Again one of the reasons I keep FS9 operational.
I have a soft spot for the Maryland as it was flown with great effect by one of my all time WW2 heroes, Adrian 'Warby' Warburton.
He not only used the Maryland on some of the more audacious recon missions out of Malta, 'Warby' collected quite a respectable score using it as a fighter.
So thanks Shessi, one more of my favorite subjects added to the GW3 stable.

    Thank you!

A perfect companion to the Baltimore!

I was hoping for a Maryland.

After landing at Chicago's Meigs Field (CGX) at night I reset the time of day to just before noon and found myself taxiing out behind two Cessna Skylanes. This is a very nice airplane. Thanks to Bruno for the original CFS2 model and to Shessi for the FS9 upgrade.

    Cheers Gents,
Yes a shame, as Bruno only did this ac, a Mossie and a Spit, all very good models, pity he didn't continue making them.

Next to the ones mentioned by Shessi I think there was a Caudron C635 Simoun as well. And next to these aircraft he did several vehicles, a motorcycle and some ships.

Personally I think his Mosquito and Spitifres are his best models.

    Cheers,
    Huub

Bruno's Simoun is a very nice model. A few minor tweaks, and this CFS2 model works very well in FS9.
