How about I buy you some tickets?
I agree with Jan, I've flown your Mustangs from day one and still happily do so in P3Dv5.
They've NEVER come close to disappointing me.
I can relate to the RL situation you find yourself in, after more than a year we Aussies are almost back to 75% of our workforce getting back to a variety of jobs, but any who are involved in international tourism are still beached.
Stay well and stay strong.

I wonder if it'd be possible to cobble together converted model files from Bomber_12's awesome P-51B/C pack with the flight model and audio from the AH P-51D? I haven't really poked around the airplane files enough to know if this is doable.
(For personal use only, having purchased the P-51B/C pack and I will be first in line for AH's P-51D.) (And their DC-3... And the Pucara... And the Hurricane... I'll be feeding Bazzar and Pilto for a month, is what I'm saying here.)

It's the age-old argument with this one. I think it is fair to say that from a commercial perspective, the larger amount of potential market, especially MSFS, when thinking of a P51 Mustang, will think P51D. If we were to develop a P51 for P3DV5 say,we might look at the B or C models but here, we aim straight down the middle of the runway.
100% agree with that! It's just us aviation history nuts who want things like P-51Bs, P-51Hs, and P-82s.
Maybe someday *I* will hit the lottery and (1) hire Bomber_12th to build every Mustang from XP-51 through Cavalier, and (2) make a modern sequel to Rowan's MiG Alley. (So it's in your best interest to buy me tickets too, folks, when you're at store buying tickets for John.)
