    Weather anomoly

This is really bugging me. I can plan a flight from say Townsville to Cairns in North Queensland and it is snowing!!! This is in the tropical North of Queensland in Australia. I have looked through the menus but cannot find how to set the weather to the Southern Hemisphere.

Also while I am at it how do I change the time if I want to fly in daylight and it is actually night time here.

There is a lot more learning in this version of Flight sim than any of the others I have used so far.

    Cheers
    Pat

You should be able to click on Townsville, check live weather on the weather drop down menue. you can manually set the month and time, usually it's automatic based on your system settings. There is a slider for setting anytime you want. The weather drop down not only has live weather, but a number of weather presets too. This can all be changed in game too.
Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.

In the weather menu, if the left-most Live option is active, you won't be able to adjust the time until after you start the flight. But what you can do is use the Preset option, then select Live from that menu. At the top is a slider for the time of day. That slider is always available in the in-flight weather menu.
