He moved his freeware items to another site, which I don't have a link for, however as far as I know, the payware items are no longer available. I wasted time thinking I could get what I wanted before he closed and then missed it by a day.

I had most his stuff already (minus ships and the like), but I made sure to get the Canberra sets I didn't already have as soon as he made the announcement. Some hefty work went on with that series even including the prototype powered by Nenes as a backup if the Avon floundered. I think the only ones he didn't cover were the tandem seat B-57s from the B model onwards. I like that he not only did the Buccaneer S.2 but brought out the S.1 as well. (Which is a bit of a dog after you've had time in the S.2. The thrust deficiency is quite noticeable!) It is a shame that they didn't release the stuff as freeware instead of it being inaccessable to future users but IIRC he was getting heavily pirated. (Which is a bigger shame as his stuff was only $5 or $10 depending on what you got. I think their most expensive model was $25.)

Conversion of the FS Canberras from FS9 to FSX was one of my first projects in ModelConverterX, and all did not go well....! Subsequently, having learned a lot more and had hours of experience, I've managed the B.2; many others are on my to-do list. This was one aeroplane that really deserved a proper payware conversion to FSX and beyond, and maybe one day I'll get around to doing it...

Thank you everyone I'll be sure to do so. I had them on FS9 and absolutely adored them.

Do you have the original install files? When I migrated the Cranberries over to FSX, I just copied over the appropriate files from my FS9 install. Only modifications were to some of the glass textures as I recall.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try,try again. ... or go read the manual.

Yes, and not even all of those. I seemed to have solid black glass on the T birds and the Protoype pack. (Even though they were listed as FSX on the site. Anyway, that's a lot of files and I could see some getting missed!)

Found this old link which is still active. The glass fix is still there.

Do a search in the forums for "Canberra" without the quotes. There are several discussions on converting the Flying Stations Canberra to FSX (if you already have the FS9 models).
