Crazy scenery anomaly

Sometimes I wonder how this happened (Thats water textures you see there):

I ended up reinstalling the LLH scenery and it corrected itself. Anybody got any ideas why this happens?

Haven't used/played FS9 in a long time, but this seems to be a problem in the scenery library, i.e. the order in which addons are loaded.

I had hoped somebody with a deeper knowledge of scenery would have been able to answer this question. But my best guess us that there is a conflict between two sceneries and the have a height conflict. When you reinstalled the LlH scenery, you must have restored the correct order. (Similar as with a "flatten" blg).

As sad my best guess, mainly based on assumption and not really on knowledge....
