    Testing Lorenz ILS system

Well, WRT to my thread http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...facility-issue, I just went ahead with separate HEZ & VEZ facilities in TEST_Lorenz_Kb_Leipheim_07.xml, meaning approaching runway 07 at Fliegerhorst Leipheim. I activated sdsbolt's app to simulate the actual Lorenz beam by using his knickebein beam from the multi-system app. Now the sounds in th beam are a bit variable from dots and dashes to solid tones but not a real issue. The VEZ beacon are loud dashes while the HEZ is high pitched dots. The VEZ goes off when the approach lights should be visible; unless 0 visibility; in which case be careful descending as Leipheim is over 1000 ft altitude. If you don't see anything by the time the HEZ beacon sounds; accelerate up!! MY CFS3 sometimes cuts the sound if too much going on; as near the very end of the video.

BTW I am not impressed with YouTube's so called 'HD' quality. :/ So here is a Mediafire version as well http://www.mediafire.com/file/f95h0xf40mwq6uz

I say "Carthago iam diu deleta, sed enim Bellum Alium adhuc aedificandum est"
