    Thrift Store

Stopped by my local thrift store on a whim. And there was a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 for $3.00. I doubt if I'll have time to fly it, but it's sorta nice to have.

I picked up FS2002 for 2 pound the other day,and have enjoyed it no end. With a couple of fast jets and the odd Cessna for low level stuff its a great sim.

But lets get serious folks. They aint got no GUNS:costumes:

They do when you import them into CFS2

FS2002 is a fine Flight Simulator in my opinion. Beside you can import some its scenery and AC to CFS2 to boot. CFS2 is better but I do like.:ernae:

I bought FS2000, FS2004, and CFS2 all in one pack on the internet. The FS2000 was used, but FS2004 is much better.
I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or even eagle flew -
And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
The high untresspassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand and touched the face of God.

    Hi all,
Thing about FS2000 if memory serves me right is that the scenery just pops straight into CFS2.So it is also good for water, sky and ground textures as well.

I only got 2004 because I'm a Kiwi in Australia and got homesick - I have 20m mesh for NZ and most of the country in photoreal detail so I can go visit places I used to fly around.....
