Here's a review from someone that's done some real digging. Check out the included video. Without having the actual product to look for myself, it seems pretty evident that this is a blatant copyright violation.

I watched it all the way through first time I saw a link. I had my suspicions when I saw the release announcement, but the video confirmed it. The forum thread chronicles his dealings with the vendors that are selling it. I believe it was Flightsim that was the only one that has challenged the author to prove permission to sell.
