A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Panels

Description: This is a texture update for the Sepecat Jaguar found in the SOH download area. Native FSX conversion by "Henk" (hschuit). Make backups of the originals just in case. The panel folder has been included as the gauges shifted a bit during the process. The side panels are not complete (WIP).
