    Fs9 addons

Hi Guys, so now that all of Cr1 and simtech have been returned to me I am getting back around 40 or so add ons that were built or almost finished. They are all fsds 3.5 models and Gmax 1.2 models. But Fsds don't mean junk...it will build anything as good as anything out there and in as much detail. It's just a little clumsy at some things but it will build killer planes in the right hands.

So these are pretty nice planes, so If you guys like I could work away at them, they would still be commercial releases but like 5 to 8 bucks, not much.
If you guys would like these I could finish them off and build in a system so you can port them up to fsx or P3D as well.

Let me know what you think.

Sure appreciate all the support you gave ol' simtech back in the day guys! That was a golden time, good peeps good planes just good times.

Fs9 was truely the golden age of flight sim, I don't think it could ever be repeated. Maybe a revival?
    Who knows.

    Thanks all!

In my library, I have planes with both Cr1 & Simtech names.
Are they the same, or updates?

    I would LOVE to have a refreshed Do-335 Pfeil for FS9, FSX and P3D please . . .

    Hi Tom,
    Definitely yes to new/updated models.

As said a list would be good, also maybe a release time line might keep the interest going, and keep the pressure on you! ha.

Some WIP pics would be nice as well.

    Cheers

So there are a ton of them but amount them are a all new build of the beech18 and 17. A brand new do335, Norsman, Il2 727, a few jet fighters. Machi WW2 fighter. A killer zero. A Betty bomber a dc4 and more. They are in pretty crazy detail and I would make new ones for Fsx and p3d as well with all the bells and whistles.

My favorite is a killer Spad! Dh2

Some German bombers and a bf110.

Quite a list. I forgot we were doing half of these.

    Hi Tom,

As I am old enough and around long enough to remember how good and ahead of time your models were when they they were released I'm looking forward to a follow up.

I still fly these quite regular, simply because there never has been released anything which was good enough to replace them.....

    Cheers,
    Huub

    Thanks man!

The new stuff I'm doing now is way above those now. Taking ten years off and working for big game companies taught me a while new why to build. That p39 is a new build in here too. But the do335 is sick..and I mean sick. It may not come to fs9 but if I can I will get it there. Best add-on I ever built that do335

I agree with you Huub. Those two are just brilliant! I know that back in my stoneage times of FS9, I flew them more than quite a lot!

If only we could get them for Prepar3D v4.5 or MSFS!!

Im going to release these two back out for freeware with new upgrades to textures and gauges, flight models will be fixed as well.

There will be all new versions coming for P3d, Im working on a Norsman right now but right after that one will be a all new do 335 and a p39 air cobra.

In the mean time I have been working on a bit of a upgrade to these two to make them more pretty in fs9. they will port over to fsx as well but not p3d, changes in how the game reads the model require complete rebuild, and besides where i am now is far beyond those models. But these two older models will be much nicer and for free for the fs9 peeps.

    YUP, YOU BET BUDDY!~

I have always been a little sentimental about these two, They were fun to build, hard at times because back then we didnt know squat...lol but some how we made it through hehe ;P These two were really the two that pushed simtech up to another level and caught the attention of big companies which in turn literally saved my career as a game developer. So I think these two will get a very nice update to make them pretty with better sounds airfiles and paints, new vc textures. I would like to see them live on for a long time in fs9 and fsx with their brother the beech 18. They will remain simTECH branded as well.

Will show screens as they are worth showing, Im only working on them when I take a break from the new Norseman
