Any one know what scenery this is? I especially like the hanger and its night lighting effects.

Searching for Fly Away Simulations might be a good start.

Hi Butch,
Might it be their Hawaï scenery?

Hi, Butch!
I would also check out their Florida scenery package! Possibly a better chance for a P-3 NAS in those parts!
Charlie Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and will eventually buy a new computer. Running a Chromebook for now!
Heard back from the author, the scenery is one of Orbx, he doesn't remember which one.
No idea where the hangar and departure shots were, but the landing (at ~1:40 of the video) looks like Rwy 25 at KSBA (Santa Barbara, CA). Only place I can find with hills to the right and that distinctive pattern of crossing rwys/taxiways, + the ramp arrangement matches.
KSBA is an OrbX add-on https://orbxdirect.com/product/ksba-msfs

Great video, I think! Interesting how different P-3 squadrons, plus JMDF P-3. The initial P-3 shown is a VQ-1 aircraft. And I also really like that hangar! NC
The hangar and night lights are at KSUN (Friedman Memorial) by ORBX, and having just had a few real world trips into Santa Barbara over this past weekend, that's confirmed.

Thanks for the info. I looked it up with ORBX and sure enough.
Never would of known it's located in Halley Idaho.

I just realized that I already have a functional large hanger; FSDT KMEM features a hanger (FEDEX) where you can open/close the hanger doors.
