3 days of downloading. I get a stuck update screen, no game launch even though, MS store says I own the game and it's installed. Touch anything, a box saying 'the game is already open' pops up multiple times. I'm at a disappointing loss. Corrupt download? Start all over? who do I contact? Help would be appreciated.
