FR Update: HS.125 Dominie and Bf-109Z 'Zwilling'

A little update about where things are.

The Dominie is coming along well. There is still quite a lot left to do (strictly a WIP screenshot here), especially when trying to keep a full cabin interior and cockpit while dealing with the usual polygon limits, etc.. However, good progress is being made, and will keep sharing screenshots as things progress.

Quite the unusual 'business jet', with a regular flight altitude envelope of 300 feet up to 40,000 feet depending on the mission, and a range of 2000 miles. Great for flying the famous "Mach Loop" in the UK, among other things.

There may be a civilian version, as well.

Coming very soon is the Messerschmitt Bf-109Z 'Zwilling' ("Twin"). An idea by Messerschmitt to create a 'heavy destroyer' by using two Bf-109F airframes, the actual aircraft prototype was built but never flown, being destroyed in its hangar by an Allied bombing raid. It's been a very interesting exercise to try and recreate the concept as realistically as possible, from estimating a cockpit layout, to understanding possible flight dynamics by examining in general terms how the F-82 Twin Mustang differed performance-wise from the standard P-51D .

If you can fly the normal Bf-109 (or especially the Avia 199) then you are probably qualified to be a Test Pilot on this challenging aircraft.

First, The Dominie as it is today:

    And the 'Zwilling':

There's a small update that shows the cockpit as it is presently, if you don't mind popping over to the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/flightrepli...DAgkYZSP33FrT_

There haven't been any major changes to the exterior since the last screenshots, as have been focusing on the interior.

Still considering, yes. It would require some substantial changes, and so it'll be decided once the T.1 (which some consider the T.2 version ) is done. Plus, we'll have to see what's happening with MSFS2020....
