Has it been updated to include Sparrow missiles yet? That might up the interest. At least on the C model.

The Sparrows are really not that high on the list as so few users have expressed any interest either way - AIM-120s seem to be enough for the vast majority. It's a surprisingly difficult task to add an entirely new missile and the coding to make them appear when and as they should. Looking into it soon though, once the Super Hornet updates are complete.

Hi! I won't create a fuss about this, but I need to register the following for all SOH members, as the F15 is an iconic and well-loved airplane, it deserves to be well represented in the simulator.
Some time ago (May18,2020 on facebook) I asked the developer to fix an error found in the VC. As can be seen above in this thread or in the image below. The developer stated more than once that he would fix it in the next update. So, the new update came and no fix at all.
What i asked is not a "rivet-thing" correction or nothing big at all. Just an issue in the cockpit wich we can see outside thru in the VC, specially if you´re using TRackIR. As a consumer, I believe it is in my right to ask for this correction. It is not something specific to me, but for everyone who bought the addon.
Said that, i wont buy anything more from this developer as i think it´s a apropriate way to "protest".
Thanks for reading.

You're right, I forgot about it again. My apologies - it's incredibly easy to fix. Trouble is, it's completely and utterly invisible unless you go duck right down in the cockpit and go hunting for it, which nobody ever does and which I also pointed out in my last reply, so in my opinion it's entirely understandable that something like this gets missed. I don't doubt that if you start crawling about on your hands and knees searching for gaps, you'll find others in both my airplanes and those of other developers.
For all the other free updates though, you're welcome.

(Resists temptation to make snarky comment about the back side of the rudder pedals ;-) )
Yeah, sometimes it takes all of my self-control not to get angry. I checked the fault this evening, in Virtual Reality no less. I had to crouch down in my seat until my head was where my stomach would be to see the gap. It's utterly ridiculous to single something like that out as a reason to blacklist a developer. I could understand it if I didn't bother with major updates or just abandoned users or something, but not this.

very funny!
Well, simple as it is, if i found it EASYLY, anybody can do too. If you cant understand that, whatever man. As i said above, i will not create a fuss about this (you´re creating), but sure i will register it here at soh for anybody can see it.
I already saw many topics here at SOH and other forums about model gaps and incorrections and ALL of them ended in corrections in the model. Not sure why my complaint is any different from them.
Anyway ... the thing is: there is an issue in the F15 VC, it was reported (5 months ago). It was not corrected even with acknowledge. Period. Move on.

You are making the fuss. If you were not, you would have used a PM and not a forum post. You are the only person to report this, and your own picture shows where you need to be just to see the tiny gap, a place nobody would be. I have no idea why you have decided to make such an issue of this, it's quite ridiculous.

I echo Marks comment. We make decisions as to buy or not to buy. Comments thrashing a developer on this forum are not acceptable and will not be tolerated, period. Any more posts thrashing a developer will be dealt with harshly.

Could someone please explain to me how I can do through Photoshop to make the color of the canopy more clear and realistic? After the last update, the glass has become really dark, in any light conditions.
Thanks,
Fulvio.

Thanks, I used the F-18 file which I haven't updated yet. Now the canopy is back to being more realistic, even without reflections ... but I prefer it that way.
