I think that's Dean's (DC-Designs) Concorde. He is about to release his F-15's soon.

For the record, pure co-incidence. We have had Concorde on the burners for quite a while now.

It's like buses - you wait for one for what feels like forever, then two turn up at the same time
My Concorde reveal is scheduled for the week after next, so AH got the jump on me a little, but having two Concordes out there will give flight simmers choice after so long without any. FYI, my Concorde will also be available for FSX, as well as P3D and FS2020, so between the two development houses, everybody will hopefully get what they want.
I wish I had enough time to finish writing everything I sta...https://www.facebook.com/DC-Designs-2156295428024778/
Here are some quick and dirty renders of some of the detail in the VC so far. There is an awful lot of stuff in here and more, the further back you go. Concorde will have the same level of detail and finish as our DC-3 and forthcoming Sabreliner and Caravelle.
Nice!
Maybe not my kind of flying but who knows .

So it looks like it will be like run between two companies ; ) ?
https://fselite.net/news/dc-designs-announces-concorde/
but this bird has a lot of avionics and systems for development so perhaps it will be long distance run.

Yes, she deserved better than that...
As we have no chance for FSL Concorde it is really good news that someone is going to face Concorde simulation challenge again.
I am more than sure AH is capable of making beautiful model and texturing.
My question and doubts starts when we talk about system and aerodynamic complexity - and that is all about Concorde.
Concorde is for hard, study level simmers, and those will be detailed about all aspects.
I am sure AH knows that they challenge themselves with most difficult project and sim ever possible, hope they do not have a plan to do shortcuts cause then whole project has no meaning.
I am a big fan of Concorde, so my fingers crossed, even my feelings are mixed.
To suggest that Concorde is purely for "study-level" simmers is absolute nonsense and frankly, elitist.
Concorde is no different to most other airliner simulations when it comes to systems and complexities. Like Airbuses and Boeings, if people want technically challenging, complex systems depth, they head for a certain kind of developer. And pay the price asked.
If they want to just enjoy the look and feel of flying iconic aircraft like Concorde and still have a challenging experience, they come to people like us. And pay the price asked.
We will do our best to deliver a challenging model with ultra high definition in the details and finishes at an affordable price. That is our charter.
Also, AH will always build what we want to build. The situation is a simple one. It appears that there will now be a choice of Concordes. If neither suits your purpose, I would suggest a request to a developer of your choice to build one for you. But please do not ask us to become your "xyz" developer, we are who we are and always will be.
Fundamentally i disagree that Concorde is for everyone, but obviously each of us may hold their own point of view.
Can U disclose some details about AH Concorde, how deep u gonna go into some systems, or if u want to make some aspects simple ?
Baz - I like AH's corporate view and charter. I like it a lot.
Artur - I disagree. However, I think I know what you mean. Concorde is one of those special planes which was operated in a certain way; a complex beast which requires a fair amount of specialist training to fly correctly. One may as well include any other type of aircraft as not being for everyone, especially military weapons platforms (FSX doesn't drop bombs without an add-on or two). Concorde could not be flown without a Flight Engineer for example. FSX can fudge the numbers in a believable fashion (hopefully) so that anyone could have a taster of flying that most beautiful airliner - using reheat at the appropriate times etc. C of G gauge managed by the sim in a believable fashion and so on. A nod to the fact that fuel was moved around the airframe as part of the trimming process during the flight. (I generalise, but people more knowledgeable about Concorde will hopefully get what I'm alluding to).
Among other things, i believe that the reason why FSX is still around is the sheer variety of aircraft types available for a person to sit in front of a computer and "fly". Granted, that not everyone will buy a Concorde, not everyone will buy Cessna 152, but having such aircraft available for everyone to buy should they wish, is a GOOD THING in my opinion.
I also said that having Concorde is a GOOD THING, definitely is.
I just dream about proper and deep Concorde simulation, not Carenado style - simplicity covered by beautiful skin.
Indeed you did, Artur. My apologies
As I said, we will do our best to deliver a challenging and rewarding simulation. CoG adjustments and so on are not particularly "deep systems". Extending the fuselage under heat conditions in flight might be tricky but not insurmountable. It will come down to time and practicality. We will not rush Concorde, she's an icon and like the Spitfire, too important an aeroplane to us. There are many subjects on the production line that deserve our attention and will be released before Concorde.
Definitely i would trade fuselage heat extension for proper engine intake mechanism and logic plus secondary nozzle simulation :-)
