What era? There were so many types and they changed a lot in appearance. Any specific aircraft you have in mind? How much detail do you need - I presume you want to model one for an aircraft interior?

Theres a few in 'Flight' archives,
here (currently offline while they do geek stuff)

but as above, they (seats) are normally matched to the aircraft type, and US Martin Baker seats are not same as UK Martin Baker seats either, just to confuse things more.

A quick use of Mr Google brings up many illustrations.
