Begin with post #44 and work your way through. There's an attachment by Captain Kurt that should help.

go to the [contact_points] section in your aircraft.cfg folder: (save a backup copy first). The first three lines are the landing gear. The 1st point is your tail wheel, the 2nd and third are your two MLG. The numbers in each line contain these elements: (they are relative to the reference point in the weight and balance section)
1 (1) Class Integer defining the type of contact point: 0 = None, 1 = Wheel, 2 = Scrape, 3 = Skid, 4 = Float, 5 = Water Rudder 2 (-18.0) Longitudinal Position The longitudinal distance of the point from the defined reference datum (feet). Positive is forward (out the nose). 3 (0) Lateral Position The lateral distance of the point from the defined reference datum (feet). Positive is starboard (right, as viewed from the top with the airplane pointing “up”). 4 (-3.35) Vertical Position The vertical distance of the point from the defined reference datum (feet). Positive is up.
Gradually decrease the vertical position in short increments to the MLG, save the cfg file, reload the airplane and take a look. A pain in the neck, be patient.

Got the Starboard wheel on the ground!
I have no idea what you all are saying as far as the numbers.
I'm a visual learner.
Between Captain Kurt and Mike71, all I can figure out is the Point 1 is apparently the right main landing gear.
I have no clue which point is the left main gear.
I have no clue which is the tail wheel.
Which is why I posted the strings of the aircraft with original and changes I made, one of which actually worked.

point 0 is the tail wheel (0)
Point 1 is the left main gear (-4)
Point 2 is the right main gear (4)
These numbers define left/right position relative to the center line of the aircraft, not the height above the ground that the wheels sit on.
The wheel height is the next set of numbers after the left/right numbers. Adjust these numbers up or down until you are happy with the wheel positions. Point one and point 2 numbers should be the same as they are the main wheels.
