This is a retexture mod for the GC Harbour and Docks. I've edited the textures to achieve a more realistic concrete appearance. Another great idea! I was using the target/player view in ETO yesterday, and the target was in Dover Harbour. I was confronted with a lot of plain slabs of grey. Perfect subject for a retexture
