Back to CFS3 after 10 years

OK I know been a long time. I have CFS3 ETO version 1.4. I finally got it running on Windows 10 but can't remember how to add Missions. I downloaded the ETO BOE Tuskegee P-51c Ramrod HH 400b

but not working. I can't find a install note on it am I missing it??

Well I think I found a problem. WEhen I moved folders I think I missed the Spawm & Era screens. I see them in the main ETO folder but when I double click nothing happens.
Any suggestions..
