And D, stunning tex there fella. Again brings it to life even more, love the subtle weathering on 116/107, just as a new-ish ac would look, along with that soft sheen...

Absolutely fantastic! I love the overall glossy dark sea blue paint schemes, and it really allows one to appreciate the lines of the aircraft better too. The Fagen Fighters (super authentic/detailed) SB2C-5 Helldiver restoration, which is rapidly nearing completion to fly, will be finished in an authentic 1945-era glossy dark sea blue paint scheme as well (as is their Hellcat).

Looking forward to seeing it available in the library!

It is a shame that the board member who went by the handle "Helldiver" isn't here to see these repaints. He had experience with the SB2C and I think he would approve of these works of art.

Agree. It would be interesting to see what he would have to say. He could be pretty colorful at times!
