Does anyone know how to fix AI Carriers/Java.net connection error?

I've had it working for a long time but something must have happened to either my installation of AICarriers or Windows or FSX, but I can't find the problem. So, if anyone knows how to correct the error I would sure like to hear it. Until such time I have no carriers....not good!
