Description: This file contains alternative textures for the Messerschmitt Bf109-B C1-D1 by Shessi. Among other locations, this package can be found here: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...-C1-D1-FS9-zip . For this repaint some parts of the panel lines from the IL2 template by 13_ManOWar were used.
These textures depict the Messerschmitt Bf109D1, flown by the German ace Gotthard Hadrick when he was in command of JG88 during the the Spanish Civil War. Gotthard Handrick (25 October 1908 – 30 May 1978) was a German Olympic athlete and German fighter pilot during the Spanish Civil War and World War II. In July 1937 Handrick was appointed to command Jagdgruppe 88 (18 July 1937 – 10 September 1938). During WWII he commanded several units in different theaters of war. He remained active for the Luftwaffe until the end of the war.
