Announced 09 August 2019 is that old?

It was mentioned over a week or more ago on RD as well as the F1 site.
Notably the mention that Alonso would do a couple of races but according to Zac Brown(?) he 'has other commitments' which would preclude him running a full season.
I'd love to have Fernando driving a complete season, he'd be more likely to add the '500' to his collection if he had a year of solid competition.

PS: As today is the 16th of August it is relatively 'old news'.
