Great shots MR. They really bring out all the fine detail.
Stuart, Are the guns you mount on your ships made separately? For example, if you add a 4 barrel pom pom gun is it already constructed and then added to the ship? Pardon my ignorance.

Very good work Stuart. am I right in assuming that we can expect a GMAX version of the honourable Yorktown at the same time as the Lady Lex ( 1942 ) in the near future? Would be nice :-)

Just so you know, I intend to use the Sara in my next project; a revision and update to my USS Saratoga CV3 campaign.

    Hi Ravenna,

I have 'stock' weapons that can be pasted into the model. They can then be textured and then copied en masse (or copied en masse then textured)

The same with the ships boats. (that is why they all kook the same)

I took a while to make them and there have been many revisions, particularly relating to lowering the poly count.

Unlike Usio's models the guns do not move when they track an aircraft.

    Cheers,

    Stuart

Icon22 GMax IJN Fuso Class BB for CFS2 V2.0 by Stuart277!

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Ships Add-Ons

Description: GMax IJN Fuso Class BB for CFS2 V2.0

These models represent the IJN Fuso Class Battleships in their 1941 and 1944 form.

Models are Multi_LOD and have new texture and DP files.

The Texture file IJN_BB is unique to this ship.

I was not happy with the superstructure proportions in V1.0.

This has been corrected in version 2.0.

    GMax files are included.

    Cheers
    Stuart

    Stuart277,

The superstructure on these models look outstanding. I am assuming, based on your comments that you would prefer to have version 1.0 removed? Please let me know.

Thanks for all of your hard work!

Thanks Stuart. Your PC must be nearly worn out by now! Beautiful ships and excellent targets for Beaufighters and Beauforts.
