Just read this on Flightsim.com. John Loney contributed a great deal to the flight sim community, over the years. He created a lot of sceneries. Rip, sir! NC

RIP John.
I certainly enjoyed several of his many, many sceneries. I spent a lot of time flying in and out of his excellent Dover AFB.
Another great contributor who will be missed.

"Try to stay in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of it. The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there".
So very sorry to hear of John's passing. His outstanding NAS Brunswick, ME scenery is one of my favorites. I have many other bases of John's as well. We've most certainly lost a valuable contributor to the flight sim world. RIP John... and thank you!
