    "BrotherBrad" Memorial Flight

    Hello, everyone.

As per what I wrote in the final post on the RTWR 2019 Practice thread, http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...Practice/page5, my time and the weather have coincided to where I can make a decent flight.

The basic premise is still the same, but with a little change.

Start from our "home airport" O08 Colusa County, fly to KHIO Hillsboro, and then fly to CYDC Princeton, BC. As far as aircraft go, any single engine piston Cessna from Clyde Cessna's first aircraft all the way up to a model 210 can be flown. Screenshots and narrative can be posted in a reply to the thread. Duenna documentation would be nice, but is not neccessary.

As a side note, "BrotherBrad's" older brother is also a pilot, but HE prefers Pipers instead of Cessnas! Go figure. But then again, if it's planes or cars, my wife and her siblings can never seem to agree on ANYTHING!

    Herewith, words and pictures:

Finally ready to go after a late breakfast.

On the climb out, spinning the trim wheel for 68 knots.

Passing Mount Shasta at 8,500 feet.

    Willamette Valley at Salem

Rubber almost to the runway at Hillsboro, time to hit the GA equivalent of the "Gas-N-Go."

As "BrotherBrad" used to say, "Don't overcomplicate it, just enjoy it!" Words to take to heart, indeed.
    And Now... On to BC!

Once again, anybody is welcome to post as per the premise. Let's see what ya got!

Now that the "Li'l Tonka Plane" and I are both well fed, on to BC and the ranch!

Proper levels (full and empty) in all tanks (both pilot and aircraft) checked and confirmed.

Over the Columbia River, climbing to cruising altitude.

Mt. Saint Helens and Mt. Adams.

Passing by Mt. Rainier, enjoying the view.

Parked at Princeton. Yes, I did remember to bring my fishing rod!
